This beautifully appointed 1731 square foot penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6, having 2 bedrooms (King in the master, a Queen in the Guest bedroom and two roll away beds) there are 2 gorgeous bathrooms including hair dryers. The granite counter topped kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs, your wine is kept cooled in the built-in wine cooler. Filtered water allows you to drink the water throughout the condo. Eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Three Amigas’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a 50” Flat Screen TV in the living room and Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
if you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.
For your laundry needs there is a large washer and dryer in the condo’s laundry room.

This is an excellent airbnb! The condo is very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay, and is in a perfect location for enjoying Cabo by foot. Marina Sol has many great amenities on site too. Rick was very proactive with his communication prior to our stay and was also very helpful with arranging local transportation to/fro the airport. If available, we will stay here again on our next trip. Six out of five stars, thanks Rick!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described. The kitchen and living areas are spacious with plenty of seating. We stay at Marina Sol Condos often because of the location and great staff. Looking forward to our next visit.

Rick and Alma own at least 20 condos in Marina Sol and have an on-site concierge. All personnel at the complex are very helpful and friendly. Rick and Alma responded to calls immediately (our cab driver was lost). The courtyard at the complex is an oasis from the busy activities outside, since the complex is surrounded by night clubs and restaurants, and just 2 blocks from the beach. There is a poolside restaurant, a clubhouse and a hot tub. It is a comfortable place to relax . Hint: most restaurants require reservations. The condo itself is on the top floor of a 3 story building, which allows for lovely high ceilings but would not be handicapped accessible. There are lovely built -in wood cabinets and curved archways throughout, and stone tile floors. The appliances in the kitchen are great, but we were instructed to use the coin op laundry in the complex rather than the machines in our unit. There’s a large balcony with a grill and the kitchen is well stocked.
