This beautiful and very spacious Penthouse condo with Vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina can sleep up to six guests, having a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a day bed in the glassed-in patio. There are two full bathrooms with hair dryers. The Kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking requirements, eat at the large dining table that seats 6 or Bar-B-Que on the spacious wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keep you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room with hundreds of channels to choose from. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main lobby, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. A two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”.
Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
For your laudry needs there is a large washer and dryer in the condo.
Those of you who drive there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Great location, no need to rent a car
Great location, no need to rent a car if you are staying local. You've got the Beach, the mall, local grocery stores, and the marina, plus downtown, all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and there for your needs.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed all the amenities. The property is clean, and the pool is fantastic. The location is also excellent.

Es un lugar maravilloso para hospedarse y pasar días increíbles, todo muy limpio, la cocina muy completa, las camas muy acogedoras y cómodas, nos encantaron la alberca y el jacuzzi, la cercanía a la playa y a la marina. Todo en un lugar, super recomendado!! Todo el personal muy atento y amble, y Rick contesta muy rápido cualquier duda Seguro volveremos. Gracias!!!
Great location
I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cabo for the month of February. The condo itself is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though the condo has never been updated we appreciated the original Mexican "charm". The decor is colorful and eclectic, with art and furnishings that reflect the culture of Mexico. The large wrap around balcony gave you beautiful views of the pool and gardens and also has a washer and dryer which was super helpful. The location is also great, as it is so close to the beach, many restaurants/bars and downtown Cabo. There is also a Walmart on the next block which was super convenient. The host was very helpful and responsive to all of our requests and needs. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a unique and memorable vacation in Cabo.
Cons: two round style stairways, not handicap accessible. Not an issue for us, but perhaps might be for someone else. Pros: Everything as described plus a few extras. Kitchen is fully stocked. We received a water dispenser plus one refill. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The BBQ was great for burgers and carne. Bedrooms were spacious and had lots of storage. Living room TV had Netflix, local cable and other apps. The deck was amazing! Best part was hanging coffee and viewing the pool area. Maid serviced our room once, which for us was enough! We ran out of gas on Christmas Day for the bbq and had a refill in just a few minutes, very responsive host. Amazing room and board for the price during peak season.
Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo , agradable y cómodo para la familia se siente uno como en casa y está muy accesible a la playa y mercados el personal del lugar muy amables y atentos y el restaurant que está dentro está muy accesible con los precios ya no tienes que salir a consumir fuera y más cuando traes niños.
Place is located in a great spot that is only minutes (walking) from everything. Rick was very responsive and let us clear instructions for check in/out. I would definitely recommend this place to any couples traveling together (listing says it can sleep 6, but it realistically can sleep 4 adults comfortably and one adult on a not-so-great rollaway bed. Overall, we had a great experience at Ricks place and would come back to Marina Sol again.
