This luxury 2100 sq ft 3-bedroom recently remodeled condo is the perfect place to stay for your vacation in Cabo, it is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina. This beautiful condo which can easily sleep six guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and a Twin bed in the second bedroom and two Twin Bunk beds in the third bedroom, there are two beautifully appointed bathrooms with all the amenities plus hair dryers. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher! UV water filters supply water throughout the condo including the refrigerator for cold drinking water and making ice. Eat at the large granite island that seats 6 or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool, while waiting for your laundry to finish in the built in Washer & Dryer. Quiet air conditioning in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your viewing entertainment a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV is provided in the living room. 40” Flat Screen Smart TVs are in both bedrooms. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (300 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
This condo is located on the sixth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas.
Marina Sol has five buildings in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s. If food is your pleasure then dine at 'Tres Amigas Cantina' our poolside Restaurant and Bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices.
A two minute walk and you are on the beautiful golden sands of Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
If you are a driver there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Best Cabo location & value
We love Cabo and have stayed at higher end or more expensive properties on Medano beach, Marina Sol is our new find that we will return to. The unit was large and comfortable and had all the supplies we required. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and the pool and onsite restaurant was perfect for breakfast and lunches and 2 for 1 drinks. Thank you Rick, we will be back.
We found our second home away from home!
This was our first time in Cabo, and we couldn’t be happier with our trip. The condo was everything we thought it was and was advertised as and more. It is the most perfect location, being only a few minutes walk from the beach, marina, Walmart and all the restaurants and bars. Rick was a wonderful host who promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be back!

Rick was a great host! The Condo resort was exactly what we were looking for with close grocery stores and a restaurant and lovely staff on-site. Rick was very helpful in arranging all our airport transportation which took a lot of stress of the travel days. The Condo was very nice and exactly as shown. We will definitely be back!
Place was great! Wonderful location, close to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood within walking distance. The pool was great. The guests are mostly families and older couples on long term holidays, very chill and relaxed. The apartment slept 5 of us easily. Two big bedrooms with baths and a couple of smaller beds off the main room. I would definitely stay again. Check in was super easy.
Even though the unit was a bit outdated and could use a bit of remodeling, it was spacious and met all of our needs. It had all the amenities. All the a/c units worked well besides one. We were able to get plenty of breeze from the one next room. Plenty of towels. Didn't realize that there was a beach umbrella until the last day. Very clean pool, jacuzzi, and premises. Rick was very helpful and responded swiftly. Good location, close to the marina, beach, and the local supermarket. Great vacation! Will be back next year! 12/28/22
Marina Sol is such a great location and the place was very easy to get to and to gain access too. The on-site host was friendly and responsive and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay her again.
Rick's place was wonderful. The overall property is beautiful, well maintained, but the star of all of the place is the staff. From Elly at the front desk to the pool bar/cafe staff on-site or the gals running the convenience store, the service is above and beyond. The owner, Lorrie, came by and was a great hostess for the property and even gave me a birthday drink at the swimup bar! Would definitely recommend this place for a group, plus being a 5 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable! Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb, but that was fine with me and my FitBit. Oh, and all of us in my group got bit throughout the day by mosquitos so make sure you have your sprays and ointments to deal with that nuisance, lol.
