A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs, eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. If you prefer the beach a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find yourself in the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world.

This condo is on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.  For your laundry requirements, located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a 3-machine coin op self-service laundry.
