This beautiful town view condo has been totally remodeled, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, it sleeps 2 guests, the bedroom features a King bed, there is a well-appointed full bathroom with a hair dryer. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs. Entertainment is provided by a 65” Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room and a 42” Smart Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, Bar-B Que on the patio or dine at ‘Three Amigas Cantina” poolside restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (250 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, also in the courtyard there is a large Jacuzzi and Club House that has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and 2 large Flat Screen TV,s.
If you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk. This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin/op 3 machine self-service laundry.
If you drive there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Rick’s place was great and exactly as described. It was located near some great restaurants (Lupita’s around the corner is a must visit). It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach. He has everything you need in the unit and AC, beach towels, etc. Overall a great little complex with awesome staff, beautiful pool, full bar and parking available.
Great Location. Good food. Great pool service. Very clean and enjoyable.
Upon my (slightly early)arrival at Ricks condo I was promptly greeted by a member of his staff that assisted me with my bags and guided me to where I would be staying for a month. Upon entering the unit I felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean and even a 6pk of Modelos was in the fridge. Prior to leaving, the staff member gave me a rundown of the facility grounds as well as a few local tips and tricks. The place is an honest 1 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the Cabo nightlife. Not once did I feel the need to take a cab(which are expensive in Cabo) nor did I ever feel unsafe walking home alone at night. The weekly cleaning staff was incredibly thorough and even assisted me in practicing my Spanish. Aside from Ricks incredible staff there’s another hidden gem. The staff at the Oasis Bar & Grill, which is a pool side bar at the complex. Their prices are some of value in Cabo. I’m already planning my next monthly getaway and can’t see myself staying anywhere else.
