This beautiful town view condo has been totally remodeled, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, there are two elevators in the building. The condo sleeps 4, the bedroom features a 'King' bed and in the living room there is a Queen size Sofa bed.
There is a well-appointed full bathroom. A fully fitted kitchen which will take care of all your cooking needs.
Entertainment is provided by a 65” Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room providing you with hundreds of channels to choose from and a 43” Smart Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (250 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin/op 3 machine self-service laundry. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar at the ‘Three Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.
If you drive there is free off-road parking at Marina Sol.

Let’s start with the good. This complex is in the perfect location, 5 minutes to the beach/marina and some many good restaurants and bars around the area. The pool is perfect and the restaurant serves great inexpensive food plus happy hour it’s only 50pesos for a beer. The actual unit is clean, all the things you will need. There are two things that let it down for me. Firstly, the noise. It’s positioned at the end of the corridor and is closest to the road. Every morning you hear the local buses and speed bump (click clock noise). I also had two mornings where there was drilling above me (they were installing hurricane blinds). Secondly, the internet. There is internet, but it’s very slow and is really only suitable for checking emails on your phone or some web browsing. If you need to do any conference calls then it won’t work. As I was working for a few days this became an issue as I had to dial into calls and have someone else present. Obviously if you don’t need to work then it should be fine. I should also mention that Rick was super helpful and communicative throughout the time. Would definitely stay again, just maybe a different unit.

Great place to stay close to the beach and downtown. Clean, safe and beautiful views of the sunset. Rick was an excellent host and communicated well. 100% would stay again!
